The Narrative that Large Numbers of Haitians are Being Deported Appears to be Collapsing
Even the Associated Press is making note of what is increasingly becoming obvious. Most of the Haitians that were under the Port of Entry in Del Rio, TX will be staying in the United States for at least the near term future. And, it appears that talk of “mass flights” to Haiti has been scrapped, if there ever actually was any intention of some kind of major airlift.

To summarize— AP is quoting several unnamed Border Patrol and CBP officials who are sounding the alarm, that mass amounts of Haitians and other illegal aliens are being released into the United States. This comes after factual reports of attempted unrest and physical attacks by Haitians on two flights to Haiti, and on at least one bus traveling from Del Rio to the Rio Grande Valley.
One can only conclude, that Americans are being treated like rubes. Carnival suckers standing around a table with three cups, trying to guess which one has the right payday beneath it when in fact the game has been rigged right from the start. Remember what we said just a few days ago: Talk of mass flights back to Haiti was couched in very vague terms. At the time, we called it a trial balloon. The balloon has now burst.
Independent Journalist Oscar “El Blue” Ramirez has been all over Mexico, finding open doors as a tri-lingual reporter, coming to our attention for his coverage of unrest among Haitian crowds in the Southern Mexican state of Tapachula.
In some circles, he is derided as a “MAGA Hat Conspiracy Theorist,” but with 15,000 illegal alien Haitians passing through Del Rio, perhaps we should be talking about “MAGA Hat Conspiracy Facts.”
However, El Blue should not be confused with some angel, simply because he seems to be an accurate forecaster of events in this immigration crisis. He is a convicted felonious deportee himself, arrested in 2008 for trying to smuggle meth. Addressing the charges, he said it was a mistake made long ago. He describes himself as a supporter of legal immigration.
In a recent report, Ramirez highlighted the involvement of Non Governmental Organizations in the distribution of illegal aliens throughout the United States, linking them back to the 2016 Global Immigration Compact, signed by the United States. The compact is non-binding. But, it sets up a framework for the distribution of massive amounts of money and foreign aid to NGO’s for what amounts to the transportation and resettlement of massive numbers of people around the world. It may be nonbinding— but if a government chooses to participate, it essentially funnels taxpayer money into all kinds of areas that voters may not even be aware of. Like “free” bus rides, plane tickets, cash and other prizes for illegal aliens in the United States.
The compact also makes no distinction between legal and illegal immigrants. People unaware of the issues can be forgiven for not realizing many hispanics in the border area around Kinney County and Del Rio are vehemently opposed to illegal immigration. Many have family members going through the legal process, sacrificing their money and their time, fighting their way through the lengthy hurdles that the USA puts in place before granting citizenship. They feel it is neither fair, nor right, for illegal aliens to seemingly ‘jump to the head of the line.’
While the compact treats legal and illegal immigrants as the same, it does draw lines between “regular” and “irregular” migrants. The difference between illegal and irregular is not immediately clear. At the time, the vice-chancellor of Austria, a man named "Heinz-Christian Strache” argued against it— saying the compact seems to define migration as a "human right," which he said "can and must not be the case."
Strache is a former dental technician, and is currently serving a probationary sentence in Austria, after accusations tangentially related to a United States political scandal. He was accused of being some kind of a go-between for the Russian Government and former Donald Trump appointee General Michael Flynn. Strache continues to deny the accusations. He was convicted on bribery charges. The Trump Administration declined to participate in the negotiation of the compact.
It is these kinds of seeming coincidences, and odd pairings that contribute to the murky and difficult-to-unravel nature of Non Governmental Organizational involvement in the U.S. Border Crisis.
By many reasonable measures, the NGO’s do good work. They feed hungry people. They help alleviate humanitarian crises as we have seen in Del Rio. But, for people asking and asking “How are these aliens managing to travel such distances so quickly,” the NGO’s and a perceived lack of accountability loom large as possible explanations.
Many of the Haitians and other illegal aliens that managed to flee back to Ciudad Acuña, to avoid deportation, have gathered in that city’s Braulio Park— a green, grassy area not far from the bridge. An estimated 2000 are there, setting up temporary shelters for themselves.
Just to illustrate some of the weirdness in the atmosphere down here at this time, with Al Sharpton and others coming to Del Rio— we submit the following image:
You are looking at a group of what’s called “Black Hebrew Israelites.” They’ve visited the aliens in Acuña. And, they paid a visit to the main NGO facility in Del Rio. To do so, they presumably traveled down to Eagle Pass, and crossed the bridge connecting that city to Piedras Negras, before coming back up to Del Rio on US Highway 277.
Black Hebrew Israelites essentially believe they are the true descendants of the ancient Israelites of the bible. Various organizations like the ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center say some Black Hebrew Israelites are anti-semitic racists, and bear monitoring by anti-terrorism organizations.
What do they have to do with this whole thing? Probably nothing, truthfully. Their presence is noted to help illustrate the circus-like nature of events that are beginning to compete for attention and obscure what is happening, in a way that is perhaps similar to the false controversy over mounted border patrol agents and their use of split reins earlier this week. Those agents are presently on administrative leave pending the results of an investigation.
Meanwhile, shifting focus 30 miles East to Kinney County— another busy night. “We are literally on our own,” said Sheriff Brad Coe, talking earlier this week about what the humanitarian crisis in Del Rio means for his area. All nearby and available state troopers had been surged to the Del Rio bridge. Many remain on related duties.
Smugglers and human traffickers remain active all along the rest of the border area, however, and tonight, Deputies deployed the “Scope Truck” which we highlighted in one of our first dispatches. Clink the link— it shows an infrared camera image of a cross-country traveling group of aliens, trying to avoid apprehension. The video is a little shakey. But it’s real.
And, another clip from earlier this evening— 13 seconds of video as a deputy keeps pace with a rail car somewhere near the Spofford railyard. It shows at least two aliens, clinging for life between two train cars, waiting for the train to slow down.
“It feels like we’re in the beginning of some kind of a movie.” That’s what one local rancher told the Cavalry - Dispatch, while driving West on Highway 90 to have a look at the bridge and what’s being called “Little Haiti” for himself. One imagines time will tell if the movie remains an absurd comedy or farce, or descends into true tragedy.
